Day 1, Arrival at Warsaw
Meeting at Warsaw Airport. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 2-6, Warsaw, Cracow, Wieliczka, Auschwitz

HIGHLIGHTS: Warsaw: The Old Town with the Royal Castle (The UNESCOI World Cultural Heritage), summer residence of Polish Kings – Lazienki with The Theatre on the Island, The Palace on the Water, The Frederic Chopin Monument, nearby the residence of the Polish presidents – Belvedere. Cracow: Wawel Hill with Royal Castle, Florian Gate, The Old Market Square, the largest medieval European square with the Renaissance Cloth Hall – “Sukiennice”, Wieliczka – the salt mine (The UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site). Auschwitz:The Death Camp in Oswiecim known as Konzentrationslanger, It was, in fact a complex of camps, the largest Nazi death factory, where about 1.3 million people, mostly Jews perished.  At present, the National Museum of Oswiecim is situated on the site of the former camp.  In the evening visit Kazimierz – former Jewish District in Cracow.

Day 7, Cracow

Free time until departure to airport for your next destination. Optional activities available. Transfer to Cracow airport.

POLAND CITIES & TOWNS

 WARSAW –  it is the capital and largest city of Poland. It is located on the Vistula River, in east-central Poland. It is  ranked as as one of the most livable cities in Central and Eastern Europe. The first historical reference to Warsaw dates back to the year 1313, when initially Kraków served as the Polish capital city.

CRACOW – is the second largest and one of the oldest cities in Poland. Situated on the Vistula River , the city dates back to the 7th century. Kraków has traditionally been one of the leading centres of Polish academic, cultural, and artistic life and is one of Poland’s most important economic hubs.

 AUTCHWITZ – KL Auschwitz was the largest of the German Nazi concentration camps and extermination centers. Over 1.1 million men, women and children lost their lives here. The post-camp relics are protected by the Museum created in 1947. The Memorial today is i.a

WIELICZKA  – The Wieliczka Salt Mine, located in the town of Wieliczka in southern Poland, lies within the Kraków metropolitan area. The Wieliczka mine is often referred to as “the Underground Salt Cathedral of Poland.” In 1978 it was placed on the original UNESCO list of the World Heritage Sites. It also houses a private rehabilitation and wellness complex. The mine, built in the 13th century, produced table salt continuously until 2007, as one of the world’s oldest salt mines still in operation

Prices may vary depending on the number of people, season, hotels, services and duration. Tour leader during the entire stay in Poland can be included at additional cost. Shouldn’t you need our adapted vans we can offer you regular vehicles. Any part of this itinerary can be altered to fit your need.  For larger groups contact us.

  • The tour is organized for the purpose of wheelchair users and slow walkers.
  • All the routes have been carefully checked.
  • The breaks for coffee, the toilets for wheelchair users are also included.
  • The guides are familiar with requirements for disabled people.
  • The  facilities at hotels provide  some wheelchair accessible rooms with wheel-in showers and they have been carefully checked according to the accessibility standards.
  • Number of people travelling in an accessible vehicle depends on number of wheelchairs in the group.
